Thanks, Dave I remember looking into them a couple of years ago at an old job and the person whom I spoke too was well versed in things CF. As things stand now, my budget is lower then their semi-dedicated, and I am intrigued by a couple of features CFDynamics is throwing in, like the ticketing application. I've used CFSupport in the past and while it did the job it was somewhat clunky.
