How much programming experience do you have? If you're a beginner, I'd say it would be worth it, but otherwise, pick up a WACK book from Ben Forta, work through a couple of the examples, use it for research in your first project, and you'll have about the same amount of knowledge you would have gotten from that FastTrack class, but a lot more money in your pocket.
