I've tried to do this in the past and just gave up. There are all sorts of issues including permissions and ownership. I couldn't get it to work through CF (although our CF was on a different server then SQL, and no AD). It might work if you have AD, but we ended up just scheduling the DTS and running it every hour. I wonder if you can easily run a SQL server scheduled task through SQL...
