I'm starting to do some flex development, and I've found that Flash Player 9 doesn't install automatically on people's machines around here... even my boss, who is administrator on his own machine...
Essentially, it comes up and says "connecting" for no apparent reason and just never does anything. I thought the flash player detection was built into flex but it apparently isn't.
