yeah, PBC Florida has skyrocketed in housing prices. I'm originally from there, my family has seen their property values triple in the past 4 years alone. Where PBA is located, well, good freakin luck finding anything affordable, with a view of Palm Beach across the way everything is costly. Used to see Trumps, now Ivanan's, yacht there quite a bit. Of course there is always tamarind ave area... ;)
