I'd prefer not to have to worry about passing all of the variables that I do use from the CFX tag back to the function from the cfmodule. It's more of a generic question to see if someone has investigated any overhead. I've already incorporated what I learned about types, required and returntypes and the speed increase for that is nice. I want to avoid other bottlenecks. (the paper on the types,returntypes and the like has been in edit for the last 3 months, but I mentioned it at CFUnited as did Sean from his own research. I'll have it out soon.)
