Yes.

Click just inside the tag somewhere, not on the tag itself,  and
there's a "select parent tag" icon on the bar at teh left of teh code
area.  It selects from teh top to the bottom of the tag that "owns"
teh place where your cursor is.   You can also collapse teh code once
you have it selected too, but unlike Studio 5 it doesnt corrupt the
code.

It actually works.    You'll find there are a lot of things that look
great in Studio 5 but dont work,  but which actually do work in
Dreamweaver 8.
