My favorite feature of DW8 is when you type "</" it will automatically close the correct tag, not just the nearest tag.

Click just inside the tag somewhere, not on the tag itself, and there's a "select parent tag" icon on the bar at teh left of teh code area. It selects from teh top to the bottom of the tag that "owns" teh place where your cursor is. You can also collapse teh code once you have it selected too, but unlike Studio 5 it doesnt corrupt the code. It actually works. You'll find there are a lot of things that look great in Studio 5 but dont work, but which actually do work in Dreamweaver 8. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:248954 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4
