Hopefully someone can help here. I have installed a new HD in a notebook which has been zero filled. Anyone know any good tools to reformat it for use? It is a Toshiba drive and there seems to be no tools from them to do this?!
Can I just install the Windows CD, restart and it will do it all for me? Any help from chaps in the know be greatly appreciated.
