Hrm...Mike, I take that back.  Looks like it did work after all.  This being
a FuseBox app, I placed the cfsetting tag in the fbx_switch.cfm file, and it
didn't help control the timeout whatsoever.  However, putting it in my
Application.cfm file did.

I wasn't aware that cfsetting had to be put anywhere special.
