I've had a lot of good experience with CFDynamic's shared hosting. For around $16 a month (1 year prepay) you get CF5/CFMX 7/BD 6.2, MySQL or SQL Server, about 5 gig transfer, etc. You can look at the full details of all 3 levels of accounts at http://www.cfdynamics.com/sharedhosting/sharedhosting_comparison.cfm.
