oXygen is another xml plugin for Eclipse.  It costs, but it supports code
folding which is nice for fusebox and fuseactions.

So, yes, CFEclipse "supports" Fusebox since its Coldfusion, get yourself an
XML plugin (I use XML buddy but dont let me stop you getting another one)
and you are editing fusebox files.
