Hmm... I had a similar issue a few days ago... Try rebooting the server... I
think the problem is that it can't find enough contiguous memory to start
it.  Once the system is fresh booted, it'll be easier.  

Also there was some talk of memory limits and ram limits earlier.  How much
ram total do you have?
