Does anyone actually run X-Windows on a production server? I've found it to be very unstable, and in general you shouldn't run X on a production web server.
You will need to learn command line to administer those servers. Some tasks can be automated using webmin or Plesk or something, but eventually you'll have to do some command line stuff.
