You can download OpenSuSE at http://www.opensuse.org/. It's completely
free, and comes with KDE. Here's a direct link:

http://en.opensuse.org/Released_Version

The download links are at the bottom of this page. I usually download
the ISO's using Bit Torrent (if you're familiar with it) as it's faster
and I get to give a little back by hosting sharing our bandwidth the
SuSE community. The downloads are also usually faster using Bit Torrent,
since there are lots of people like me who do that. ;)
