That's the same method I use, if I'm slicing up an image into multiple parts, some of which will be used in the final web page, then getting those images sliced correctly down to the pixel can be a real pain...

I'm referring to using guides inside Photoshop. But I'm not talking about using the slice tool. I place my guides, then draw a selection for the image I want. Then I CTRL + SHIFT + C (which copies from all layers) and paste into a new file, then I export that. I know it sounds like more work, and it might actually be, but I'm so fast at this method that it probably balances out. Plus I don't have to clean up the extra files and code that Photoshop or Image Ready generates. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:256373 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.4
