Think about it this way.... Let's say that CFLock should be used... What
would the race condition be? Where would two people be fighting for the
same resource? I argue that there is no race condition.

Is it still necessary to put a named cflock around network protocol tags
like cfhttp with CF MX? My co-worker says yes, but everything I've found
so far that says locks should be used refers to pre-MX CF. Anyone know
for sure?
