Yes, it a single-processor machine...not a good candidate for heavy lifting.

So, the ims Lite will relay any email to and from CF without requiring users
to be local...like an open relay...but not? ;o)

Actually I wouldn't recommend running VMWare on XP.  I'm sure it can handle
it, but it probably means this is more of a desktop type machine, not one
with nice and powerful Xeon processors (preferably core 2 duo). 

Just use my suggestion from the other email and use ims Lite to send stuff
out, it works great.  

And keep whatever you're using for pop3 accounts alone if it works for you
now.
