I guess so...haven't really thought about doing that, yet. Haven't worked with dual CF servers on the same machine, so I'd have to figure out what all the issues may be.
I'm not terribly interesting in working with CF 7 since CF 8 is due out next year. I'm overly busy now developing with 4.5! I was holding off learning the new coding and methods until CF 8 comes out. So, I thought if I developed in CF 7 for the 4.5 box, then at least I might have the occasion to tinker with its new toys...I just didn't want this to be too much trouble with setup. Can't you set up cf4.5 and 7 side by side and use different virtual sites for each? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:258187 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.4
