I agree under normal circumstances. However, it's for a major retailer and even though the coupons are < $1.00 off, the amount of downloads/prints it a cost control issue that has to be as tight as possible.
Is there any other technology besides ActiveC controls of Firefox entensions that I'm not thinking of that would allow me to bypass the print dialog box? Thoughts? Great feedback.
