Where is that documented?

I'm really just curious at this point, because, as russ pointed out, if 
the developer edition allows you to connect from two remote IP addresses 
at the same time, then their own code is in violation of the license 
agreement.  The license for CFMX 7 definately states one IP address at 
any given time.
