Yes, it was a change in 7 that allowed you to use 3 ips, 127.0.0.1 plus the first 2 ips that connect to it.
Apparently Macrodobe is too lazy to update the licensing agreement, which makes me think they don't care about this too much. They did update it for flex, but not for cf7...
