It (presumably) uses relevant keywords in the url. It is not a dynamic link so as such an engine will follow links on the current page. Most bots won't go more than one level deep on a dynamic url. But regardles of the second item the big one would be the keyword usage. Add to the ways described above: On IIS I shut off IIS' checking of whether or not a .cfm page (only) exists. Then I write a custom 404 handler in CF and install it in the CF Admin. -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] Janitor, MSB Web Systems mysecretbase.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:260688 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4
