I am using AVBlog for my personal blog and very happy with it. There are 
tons of features that you can not imagine it. Specially new Ajax 
interface with Dojo rocks!

You can install it without any settings. Even there is no need of any DB 
settings. It uses XML files as default storage and there is no need to 
set it up at all to start a blog.

If you are also wondering XML usage with CF, Andrea has a great job at 
this blog and you have to check out blog source codes. Really a great 
resource.
