Teddy, Do I need to open an account with an SMSC to be able to send SMS messages? If I do then can you recommend any centers?

I know that Google had issues with users requesting access to Gmail because not all cell phone carriers could receive the promotion code through the SMS that was being broadcasted. The last time that I sent messages to cell phones, the environment was mostly T-Mobile. We had issues with SMS messages for some reason until we found out that T-Mobile creates an email type transfer service. You could send an email to something like [EMAIL PROTECTED] and it would transfer the message through SMS to the cell phone.
