We use Zone Edit...www.zoneedit.com and we actually never use Crystal Techs DNS since it is all on the same network (so to speak) as the servers and they have had a DNS issue before (attacks they say)...with Zoneedit, I have it configured to use multiple nameservers from all over the country, and them jam in a failover setup so that if the main site does fail, I provide the backup info. Also, it provides mail server backup....so in this instance, the mail will queue until its available again....so mail doesn't bounce.
