This is as much an HTML question as CF, but...I'm building a CF app to display images. Let's call my webserver X with the images being on Y and Z and the database I need to use is on Z. X, Y and Z are all on the same network.
I can set up a datasource across the network so I can pull data from Z but one piece of that data is the path to the image - which may be on Y or Z. But I can't access the images. I'm beginning to suspect I'll have to copy the images to the webserver to use them. Anyone knowledgeable about this? Larry V.
