Thanks for your suggestion Dave. I have already tried a tool like this to manage system users and NTFS rights. But problem is that this server is a dedicated server which came with a preinstalled OS and its own security settings. They have a strange security policy on default setup and sometimes it makes me angry.
I had same kind of problems while configuring MySQL or Subversion before. I miss sometimes my *nix boxes.
