I have seen some people posting questions about the ups xml and I am wondering if anyone has resolved this. I now have a customer that wants to incorporate this. The problem here is that when I try to signup for an account I need to have a ups account which I dont. This is really annoying, does anyone know of a way to test the API without opening an account?
