Well, they actually do use CF for some perpherial systems and I've written
some of the CFX's they use. Which makes me very nervous sometimes just
thinking about it. :)
Anyway, I can't stand any "bugs" in a program, even small ones. But
sometimes the only way to get rid of all crusty bugs that have accumulated
over time with many hands at work is to burn the whole thing and start from
scratch. As much as I loathe java, perhaps (just perhaps) cf5 could end up
being less bug ridden because of this fresh start.
(It would have been nice if Allaire had gotten rid of the ones in the c++
based version first, but I assume they thought this would be pointless to
address as they were dropping all of this code anyway.)
