100+ GB data is not a big deal. Get a dedicated host and it is done.

I think the main problem is traffic.

When I need unlimited traffic, I prefer a German provider which has
unlimited traffic with 1 GB disk space and it is just 15 Euro/Month.

I host my CF page in a CF host and point download links etc. to this
provider.

But when we consider you need a 100+ GB disk space I would suggest to
check following packages.

MR3: Opteron™ 148 / 2x160 GB RAID 1 HDD / Unlimited Traffic = only 89
Euro/Month.

Of course your main CF application will be another CF host and you will
point your data link to this server. Or if you have CF license, this is
a Linux box where you can easily install your CF server and run all on
same server. (I did for a customer before.)

Just my 2 cents :)
