Assuming DAO objects are cached appropriately, etc, which of the
frameworks adds the most per-request overhead?

  I.e. some previously thought to be "negligible" overhead that would be
noticeable on a site with daily traffic in the millions of page views?

Fusebox has been around forever in CF, though the latest edition just
came out. Mach-II just had a major release milestone as well. I
personally prefer Model-Glue:Unity, though it is still in beta.
