Yes, there are, but they'll cost a little more than $200. Infrant has some
very nice SOHO NAS (network attached storage) devices:

Plenty of other vendors offer similar solutions, at a typical price point
between $750-1500.

On the cheaper end, you can simply copy the contents of one disk to another.
For example, I use a Linksys NSLU2, which is a tiny fileserver device that
supports USB drives. That runs around $80, and can automatically copy files
from one drive to another - a "poor man's RAID". Of course, you also have to
purchase the drives.

None. I just dump them all in a single directory. I use Daemon Tools to
mount ISOs, and Nero or ISO Recorder or whatever's handy to create them.
