Any suggestions on a free customer support ticket system? We use OTRS but it's seems very out dated... but what it does it does pretty well. We have several employees who use it to manage support tickets that were sent in via email from many customers. I'm not looking for something that's specifically written in ColdFusion... I'd actually prefer php.
