CF Flash forms are cool and have a place.  I am a big fan of ASFusion.com

If you want interaction with no page refreshes, which is what RIA is all
about Flex 2.0 is the best solution.  FB2 come with an auto detection and
installer for FP9.

You can do Flex 2.0 with notepad but the design mode of FlexBuilder 2 will
save you loads of time.

Also, there is no migration from CF Flash Forms to Flex 2. So if you think
today's forms will continue to grow with features moving to Flex 2.0 today
will save time down the road.
