I agree Paul, and my following email is not an attempt to "dump on" 
anyone, but he does say:
   
    "CFMX Exam Buster 7.0 was released to the public in July of 2005."

I'm not a lawyer or anything, but how can he maintain control of 
something that he "released to the public"? Am I misconstruing something 
in that statement? Of course that leads me to the question of how can 
you sell something in July of 2006 that was "released to the public" in 
2005? I must be missing something.

I sincerely hope I'm not plagiarizing anyone by the use of the quote in 
my email. okay... that was petty, but I couldn't help myself! :o) No 
harm intended.
