On a slight tangent(connected by "limiting facter is bandwidth"), I had trouble getting mod_deflate to compress the content of a CF-generated page. Even though the content-type was "text/html", the output filter wouldn't compress the result. In the end I did it by file extension (not strictly desirable as CF might generate some other content-type datastream).
