OK I see your point now that I understand what that site's purpose is (to benchmark transaction performance on mainframes). The first time I saw it, it was from a Microsoft fanboy that insisted that SQL Server performs as well as the other big boys (this was version 2000). I was telling him that I had seen a benchmark showing that SQL Server tanks in performance once you get past a certain number of concurrent users, while Oracle/DB2/MySQL all sailed on higher up the scale. He said, "Go look at tpc.org, which is an industry recognized benchmarking site for databases". So I blame him! :) I -- My Sites: http://www.techfeed.net/blog/ http://www.cfquickdocs.com/ http://cfformprotect.riaforge.org/ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 Experience Flex 2 & MX7 integration & create powerful cross-platform RIAs http:http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;56760587;14748456;a?http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=LVNU Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:268529 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4
