What is the deal with ColdFusion licensing? Do Adobe run any kind of "free of charge" licenses for test / support systems? What is the requisite when you need to buy one? Is it when it is public facing? What if I have load balanced web servers, and I am not running in Distributed mode, do I need to buy 1 per server?
