Is this your 8,000 line text parsing page? ;^)  In looking at the biggest
(number of lines) pages on our site I don't get anything past 16 ms, and it
typically is 0.  I don't think I've ever seen it as a number to worry about
. . . could something be "out of whack" with your setup?  Or are there
technologies you are using that we aren't that need to be "initialized" in
some way?  I would think this time would show in the pages they were on
though.
