Not only the compiler.. the compiler, command line debugger, and all the libraries - including some for which source was not previously provided. You're right though, the design mode stuff would probably all be pretty tricky. But I think it'd be great to have a free "Flex Builder" plugin that included compiling, debugging, code completion and hinting and all that jazz... even without the GUI design mode. I think the $500 IDE is price prohibitive for many developers. rick ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Deploy Web Applications Quickly across the enterprise with ColdFusion MX7 & Flex 2 Free Trial http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=RVJU Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:276350 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.4
