Lest someone ask, why not just use relative paths.... it's because in
BlogCFM, because of the way I handle search engine friendly urls by
actually creating subdirectories for years and months, the blog
entries can be displayed by the index.cfm (or entry.cfm) at the root
level, or at some sub directory level... I just found it easier to use
absolute URLS.
