When Ben presented in Nashville, I asked about pricing. He said that CF
hasn't increased in price over the last few releases and that he expected
that the prices would go up. The exact amount he didn't indicate.

In the past the developing companies of ColdFusion i.e. Macromedia and
Allaire before them, offered deals to late adopters.  If you bought a
license of ColdFusion within a certain time period of a new version coming
out, you got a free upgrade (6 months IIRC).

I have NO knowledge that Adobe will continue this tradition, but it maybe
worth a few emails to find out.
