Cost really does adversly affect how ColdFusion is seen in the world (when
compared to it's competitors which are, on the most part free)

We are lucky that we get quite substantial discounts already based on our
tier points but it's still a right bug bear that you have to pay pre-CPU
when developing large scale solutions which could result in x deployments
and ColdFusion costs of 20K or more.
