I love crystaltech.com - the base dedicated Windows server is $80 a month (it's not a powerhouse, but it is a true dedicated server not a virtual server). You got a ton of free software but you do not get CF - you need to provide it. You can install SQL Server on your box but you're also provided a generous space allocation on a shared SQL Server. Easy management, easy access and good communication - I've been with CrystalTech for several years now and have yet to have a problem worth mentioning.
