IMO Crystaltech blows..... But according to one tech they have new newest Mysql sql server from microsoft.....
very well trained as well... oh and that particular call and response was after me being on hold for 45 minutes... AND he freely gave out the clients and usernames & passwords without even asking me to verify in anyway shape or form that I should have any kind of access to the site in anyway. I pay more a month then Jim does but I also get cfm 7, mysql, ms sql, smartermail, smarterstats, smarterticket and techs that at least made it past the first 5 minutes of training.
