Well the question is still: Do you need so many records? Just tell me why you have to output 35000 records?
Maybe flushing is a bad option. I don't recall whether you use <cfflush> or not. And in addition try to use <div> instead of <table><tr>... since divs are not only faster, but you reduce the amount of code.
