Rick, There is nothing in the license that is half as specific as you have been regarding the use of BD Server. If indeed you are right, which I don't doubt given the strict licensing of most software vendors, it should be specified in the SLA. The fact that much discussion has been made is a good indication that the SLA is too vague and is open for interpretation.
What is legal per the SLA and what is permitted per extensive discussion really are two different things. If it is not in the SLA, then it is irrelevant.
