It looks like she just quoted "David Foote, president of Foote Partners LLC in New Canaan, Conn". If you look at their website http://www.footepartners.com/, I sincerely think that any 10 year old could do a better job.
I guess the write of the article should've done her fact checking and/or checked up on the person she's interviewing.
