Unfortunately, yes... The client's ISP (WebCentral in Australia) officially
say that 4.0.1 "was not acceptable" - whatever that means! Is there a list
of issues with 4.0.0 somewhere? I'd love to have some ammunition. Not having
request scope variables was huge PITA.
